Help! I haven't received any tracking updates!

There have been some issues with the Shopify & shipping platforms integration.

First, please be sure to check your junk mail. If using Gmail, please be sure to check the "Promotions" Tab.

If you have NOT received an email with us with tracking information within the processing period, please send us a text at (845) 418- 2059 or email us at info[@]emri-studio[.]com Text messages will always be responded to quicker than email! 

We will send you your tracking information directly. 

WHAT IS EMRI'S SHIPPING POLICY?

Worldwide shipping available. 

We ship everything USPS, so it will be limited to where USPS ships.

All customs/duties are the customers responsibility. Please look for the little pop up at the bottom of the screen when shopping to get a general idea of custom/duties/VAT charges. 

Please note that we have no control over how fast the item is shipped to you once it is out of our hands. The delivery of your product may be slower than usual because of COVID-19 and other obstacles.

Additionally, please make sure the correct address is given to us. EMRI bears no responsibility if the incorrect address was given. We take no responsibility if an item is lost in transit. However, if such unfortunate instances were to occur, please notify us at info[@]emri-studio[.]com, and we can find a solution together!

DOES EMRI ACCEPT REFUNDS?

Unfortunately, EMRI does not accept returns or refunds at this time.

However, an exchange can be made for an item if the item is damaged/broken/incorrect. If there is an issue with the item, please contact us at info[@]emri-studio[.]com within 7 days of receiving the item. In the email, please kindly send a description as well as detailed photos of the damage. If we determine that the item can be exchanged, we will provide our return address. EMRI reserves the right to ask for additional photographs of the damaged item.

The buyer is fully responsible for paying the return postage and corresponding custom fees, etc. Items that are custom made/personalized are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For hygienic reasons, all earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note that if an item is sent back to us, EMRI is not responsible if the item is lost in transit. We strongly recommend placing a tracking number for the package. There will be no exchange if an item is not received. EMRI reserves the right to refuse exchanges. If this is the case, we will send you back your item.
