DOES EMRI ACCEPT REFUNDS?

Unfortunately, EMRI does not accept returns or refunds at this time.

However, an exchange can be made for an item if the item is damaged/broken/incorrect. If there is an issue with the item, please contact us at info[@]emri-studio[.]com within 7 days of receiving the item. In the email, please kindly send a description as well as detailed photos of the damage. If we determine that the item can be exchanged, we will provide our return address. EMRI reserves the right to ask for additional photographs of the damaged item.

The buyer is fully responsible for paying the return postage and corresponding custom fees, etc. Items that are custom made/personalized are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For hygienic reasons, all earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note that if an item is sent back to us, EMRI is not responsible if the item is lost in transit. We strongly recommend placing a tracking number for the package. There will be no exchange if an item is not received. EMRI reserves the right to refuse exchanges. If this is the case, we will send you back your item.
